SWOP Community Activism Law Clinic Eligibility Criteria

The SWOP Community Activism Law Clinic provides free legal services to individuals who are involved or who were formerly involved in sex work (including working as an escort, in a strip club, in adult film or nude modeling; being engaged in dating, sexual activities, or intimacy with someone for money, housing, gifts, drugs, or other things; and relying on someone you’re intimate with someone for money, housing, gifts, drugs, or other things). We also provide free legal services to individuals who do not have housing or relied on crashing with friends for housing in the last 12 months
