Anthony B Borich - President

Anthony B. Borich is a partner in Jenner & Block LLP’s Litigation Department.  Tony represents clients in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and through corporate counseling.  Tony’s practice centers on complex contract and fraud litigation, with particular expertise in commercial real estate litigation.  In real estate litigation, Tony helps resolve disputes over a wide variety of property interests, from lease disputes, acquisition disputes, and litigation regarding development rights.  Tony also often represents REITs in disputes. 

Tony maintains an active pro bono practice, and has assisted clients with respect to civil rights litigation, historic preservation and other real estate disputes, Clean Water Act litigation, and capital murder habeas petitions.  Prior to joining Jenner, Tony served as a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing in Chicago and worked with community organizers and legal services organizations in Boston implementing the community activism lawyering model.  

In 2009, he graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School.  In 2006, Mr. Borich graduated with Honors and Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from Iowa State University, where he was awarded the Wallace E. Barron All-University Senior Award.
