Ellen C. Craig is a consultant specializing in energy regulation and policy. She is also an advisor to Enovation Partners which focuses exclusively on serving the energy and infrastructure sectors. Previously, she was a Commissioner of the Illinois Executive Ethics Commission; Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, USN Communications, Inc.; Chairman of the Illinois Commerce Commission; and Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor James R. Thompson.

She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Appleseed Fund for Justice, the Environmental Law and Policy Center, and the Metropolitan Planning Council. She is a member of the Chicago Council of Lawyers and The Chicago Network.
